Our applications are not designed for children. Any information that is discovered to be provided by a child will be deleted from our systems.

DotCare© are not liable for any lost or deleted information from the application if the said information was lost or deleted by the act of children.

Refund Policy

If a user issues a refund, he must go to the hospital for a cash refund. Refund is allowed before an hour of clinic reservation. The user has the right to refund in case he/ she receives their misstatement medical documents; such as, x-rays, MRI, analysis reports… etc., or may retake the analysis, MRI or x-rays for free.

If at any time DotCare© changes its privacy commitment, those changes will be posted here so that you will know what information we gather and how that information might be used.
